Fumitoshi Kanazawa Sensei will arrive in Ireland for the SKIF Ireland Grading and Training Seminar 12th-17th May 2015. Fumitoshi Kanazawa Sensei is an SKIF World Gold Medalist in both Kumite, 7 times SKIF All Japan Champion and one of the top SKIF Worldwide instructors.

- Dan Grading Fees are seperate from Seminar Fees
- Visitors from other organisations are exempt from paying the Door Late Fee
- Visitors from other organisations will not be permitted to take part in any grading.
- Your Course Fee will grant you entry to all venues.
Important Points to Note
- Direct Family Offer: 2 Oldest family members pay full course fee, all other family members receive €10 reduction on the full course fee. Please note the Single Class fee is excluded from the family offer.
- No physical tickets: Your Current SKIF Ireland Licence with Photo will be used for entry to events, No- Licence-No-Entry. The only exception to this rule will be outside visitors from other organisations.
- Dojo Pre-Registrations: This Seminar is a pre-registration seminar. Pre-Registrations must be completed in advance of the course, penalties apply for late registration (See Pre-Registration Seminar section for details). Club Payments must be made in advance or at the course only.
- Black Belts and Club Instructors: Black Belts and Club Instructors are welcome at all sessions and Club Instructors are encouraged to attend all Kyu Class Training.
- Dan Grading Applicants: Dan Grading Applicants must pay the full applicable course-only fee in addition to any Dan Grading Fees and attend as many sessions as possible. Please note the Single Class fee is excluded.
- Non SKIF Ireland Visitors: Visitors from other organisations are exempt from paying the €10 Late Fee and are not permitted to take part in any grading without the consent of the SKIF Ireland National Committee.

Seminar System
For this seminar there will be no tickets being issued, SKIF Ireland students will use their current SKIF Ireland Licence with a photo on it for entry to venues. Please email your completed template to treasurer@ski-ireland.com by the 27th April 2015 along with the appropriate fees.
Pre-Grading
Please fill out the New Dan Application Form and bring it to the Pre-Dan Grading Assessment on 18th April 2015 at 2pm in the Moyle Rovers Sports Centre. The fee for the Pre-Dan Grading Assessment is €15. All Dan Grading Applicatants must pass the Pre-Dan Grading Assessment.
All Successful Pre-Dan Grading Applicants must have the appropriate Dan Application fee paid (Dan Fees have been emailed to the dojo instructors) in the form of a cheque / bank draft / postal order / electronic payment by the 27th April 2015. For Cheques, Bank Drafts and Postal Orders please post to: SKIF Ireland Treasurers address (Aaron Kenneally, SKIF Ireland Treasurer,15 Delford Drive, Rochestown Road, Douglas Cork City, Ireland).
All Applicants must be vetted to ensure they meet the requirements for their grading and have completed the required number of seminars with the Japanese Instructors. Failure to meet the requirements for your Dan Grading will see your pre-Dan Application refused.

Please do not post your SKIF Ireland licence with your application as you will need this for entry to the venues. You can submit your SKIF Ireland licence on the morning of the grading and it will be returned to you after the grading. All Junior Dan Applications must be signed by a parent and instructor.
Please ensure you print your name clearly on all Dan Applications form as these forms will be sent to SKIF Headquarters in Tokyo Japan and will be used to create your SKIF Diploma, if they cannot read your name properly there is a chance your Diploma could have a spelling mistake which cannot be changed afterwards.
